Mission Ops

Our Services

Mission Ops provides flexible consulting, audits, and program support across safety and health management. Services are designed for organizations that need experienced guidance without hiring a full-time EHS leader.

Most engagements are delivered virtually to maximize access and reduce travel costs. On-site work is available on a limited, case-by-case basis and is scoped separately.

  • Get clarity before committing resources.
Recon focuses on understanding the current state of programs, identifying critical gaps, and outlining practical next steps.

    Includes:

    • Virtual document and program review (policies, procedures, training, and records)

    • Gap analysis against applicable regulatory and best-practice frameworks

    • Risk-based prioritization of findings

    • Actionable roadmap with recommended phases and quick wins

    Best for:
Organizations that need a clear picture of where they stand before investing in new systems, staffing, or major program changes.

  • When focused execution is the priority.
Tactical Deployment supports short-term projects that close compliance gaps, strengthen existing programs, or modernize tools and workflows.

    Includes:

    • Development or revision of policies, procedures, plans, and JHAs

    • Risk-assessment documentation and supporting forms

    • Digital form and workflow design (e.g., audits, inspections, incident intake)

    • Implementation guidance and coaching for internal owners

Most projects are delivered remotely, with on-site pilots or working sessions scoped separately when needed and feasible.

    Best for:
Teams facing specific risks, deadlines, or audit findings who need concentrated support to update documentation and tools quickly.

  • Strategic oversight without a full-time hire.
Command Support provides ongoing, part-time safety leadership for organizations that need continuity, accountability, and expert guidance.

    Includes:

    • Scheduled virtual check-ins (monthly or quarterly)

    • Program performance review and priority setting

    • Advisory support on incidents, corrective actions, and emerging risks

    • Alignment of goals, metrics, and leadership reporting

Engagements are primarily virtual. Any on-site visits are scoped as separate projects based on availability and need.

    Best for:
Organizations that want consistent safety leadership and direction, but are not ready for or do not require a full-time EHS manager.

  • Training built for real-world operations.
The Range focuses on practical, applied learning that supports front-line work and leadership decision-making.

    Includes:

    • Custom slide decks and e-learning modules tailored to your operations

    • Toolbox talk and communication packs for supervisors and field teams

    • Live virtual workshops for focused topics or leadership development

Most training is delivered digitally to support distributed teams and tight schedules. On-site delivery can be scoped separately where appropriate.

    Best for:
Organizations building safety culture, reinforcing critical topics, or standardizing training materials across multiple teams or locations.
