Platform licensing, software functionality, availability, security, and provider obligations are governed by the applicable vendor agreements. Black Banner Safety's implementation, configuration, coordination, and stewardship responsibilities are defined separately in the relevant client agreements.

Technical configurations, integrations, authentication requirements, and data-processing arrangements may require authorization and participation from the client, its IT representatives, and the software provider.

4. Contractual Terms & Liability

The allocation of professional responsibilities, warranties, limitations of liability, and other contractual obligations for paid services will be addressed in applicable executed agreements.
